The following amendment has been made to the second paragraph of the 'Notice of AGM' announcement released on 17th June 2014 at 3.21pm under RNS No 8447J.

"Shareholders of record as of 6:00 PM BST on 11 July 2014 are requested to bring their credentials, including their proxy form attendance card as well as the number of shares held, to attend the meeting."

NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING OF SHAREHOLDERS AND PROVISION OF ANNUAL REPORT AND ACCOUNTS

San Francisco, California - 17 June 2014 - blinkx plc (LSE AIM: BLNX), will hold its next Annual General Meeting on Tuesday 15 July 2014, at 9.00 AM BST. The meeting will be hosted by FTI Consulting at ETC Venues, 1st Floor, 200 Aldersgate, Aldersgate Street, London, EC1A 4HD, United Kingdom.

Shareholders of record as of 6:00 PM BST on 11 July 2014 are requested to bring their credentials, including their proxy form attendance card as well as the number of shares held, to attend the meeting. Shareholders unable to attend the meeting in person are urged to send instructions for the voting of their shares so that they are represented at the meeting. Please contact your financial intermediary for the voting procedures to follow.
