Replacement - Issue of Equity and Director Dealing

Issue of Equity and Director Dealing

InternetQ plc (the "Company"), one of the leading providers of mobile marketing and entertainment solutions, announces that on 11 April 2013 a total of 26,427 new ordinary shares of 0.25 pence each in the Company were issued at £2.98 per new ordinary share to the following non-executive directors of the Company, namely Robert Beveridge, Iain Barrie Johnston, Michael Gordon Joliffe and Timothy Grainger Weller. 

These shares were issued under the Non-Executive Directors' Deferred Share Plan and satisfied their respective elements of annual fee which is payable in shares.

The resultant shareholdings of the following non-executive directors are as follows:

Application has been made for the admission to AIM of these 26,427 shares. The new ordinary shares will rank pari passu with the Company's existing issued ordinary shares, and dealings are expected to commence on 18 April 2013.

Following the issue of these shares, the Company has 34,909,395 ordinary shares of 0.25 pence in issue, each carrying one voting right.
