Issuance of shares from Treasury

On 13 November 2020, Martin Currie Global Portfolio Trust plc ("the Company") issued 100,000 treasury shares at a price of 364p per share and 60,000 treasury shares at 363p from the Treasury Share Account.

Following this issue, the Company holds 15,552,472 shares in TREASURY, and has a total of 83,123,435 ordinary shares with voting rights (excluding Treasury shares) in issue.
