Replacement - Holding(s) in Company
The following amendment has been made to the 'Holding(s) in Company' announcement released on 06 February 2020 at 09.57 a.m. under RNS No 1963C.
AXA Investment Managers' percentage of the issued ordinary share capital of the Company in its previous notification was incorrectly stated and has been corrected to 5.93%.
All other details remain unchanged. The full amended text is shown below.
Dublin, London, 6 February 2020 The Company received a notification on 5 February 2020 stating that on 4 February 2020, AXA Investment Managers was the holder of 5,428,974 ordinary shares of €0.01 each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares"), representing approximately 4.50% of the issued ordinary share capital of the Company. In its previous notification, AXA Investment Managers had a position in 7,159,180 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 5.93% of the issued ordinary share capital of the Company.
