The following amendment has been made to the "DIRECTOR / PDMR Shareholding" announcement released on 6 January 2012 at 3:31pm under RNS No 1615V.
The price at which shares were purchased at was 143p and not 124.41p as previously stated. All other details remain unchanged. The full amended text is shown below."

Notification of Transaction of Directors, Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibility or Connected Persons
The Company was notified on 6 January 2012 that on 6 January 2012 Equiniti, the independent trustee ("Trustee") of the Company's HMRC Approved Share Incentive Plan ("SIP"), purchased, in accordance with the SIP's rules and on behalf of all SIP participants, ordinary shares of 1 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares"), at a price of 143 pence each. Under the terms of the SIP, participating members, including employees and Directors of the Company, contribute a fixed amount to the Trustee on a monthly basis. The Trustee acquires shares in the Company every month at the prevailing share price.
Following the purchases, the following Directors/ PDMR's of the Company have the following interests in the Company's issued share capital:
