The following amendments have been made to the Director/PDMR Shareholding announcement released on 20 February 2017 at 11.31am under RNS number 3145X.
"The Company was notified yesterday that Timothy Giles Lampert, Chief Financial Officer, acquired 11,250 ordinary shares of £0.01 each in the capital of the Company at 185.47 pence per share on 17 February 2017."
The Template for notification and public disclosure of transactions by persons discharging managerial responsibilities has also been updated to reflect the amendment to the date of the transaction. All other details remain unchanged.

The Company was notified yesterday that Timothy Giles Lampert, Chief Financial Officer, acquired 11,250 ordinary shares of £0.01 each in the capital of the Company at 185.47 pence per share on 17 February 2017.
Following this purchase Timothy Giles Lampert holds 11,250 shares in the Company, representing approximately 0.001% of the total issued shares in the Company. Timothy Giles Lampert also has an interest in 26,654 unvested shares in BCA's wholly owned subsidiary H.I.J Limited under the HIJ long term incentive scheme, formerly referred to as the "Executive Founder Shares".
