The Company was notified on 18 July 2019 that on the same day, Jennifer Wilks, the wife of David Wilks, a Director of the Company, purchased 1,291 ordinary shares of 25p each in the Company ("Shares") at a price of 1,050.0p per Share.
As a result of the above, the interest of in the Company of David Wilks, together with his connected persons, has increased by 1,291 Shares.
