Replacement Director/PDMR Shareholding

The following amendment has been made to the Director/PDMR Shareholding Announcement released 23 May 2014 at 17:11pm under RNS No 9861H

The value of transaction has now been amended from 47,045,498.11 Russian rubles to 38,637,366.54 Russian rubles.

All other details remain unchanged.

JSC VTB BANK (the "Company") was informed that Yuri Soloviev, a member of the Management Board of the Company, acquired 1,000,968,045 ordinary shares in the Company on 22.05.2014 in Moscow. The value of the transaction was 38,637,366.54 Russian rubles.
