The following amendment has been made to the 'Director/PDMR Shareholding' announcement released on 16th April 2012 at 11.15 under RNS No 3907B

Box 22: The previous notification that, following the LTIP Award made on 13 April 2012, Dr Alan Stein would hold a total of 449,744 Long Term Incentive Plan Awards has been corrected to show that, Dr Alan Stein would actually hold 449,707 Long Term Incentive Plan Awards

All other details remain unchanged.
