Replacement Director/PDMR Shareholding

The following amendment has been made to the Director/PDMR Shareholding Announcement released 23 May 2014 at 17:13pm under RNS No 9864H

The value of transaction has now been amended from 23,522,749.08 Russian rubles to 19,318,683.29 Russian rubles.

All other details remain unchanged.

JSC VTB BANK (the "Company") was informed that Herbert Moos, a member of the Management Board of the Company, acquired 500,484,023 ordinary shares in the Company on 22.05.2014 in Moscow. The value of the transaction was 19,318,683.29 Russian rubles.
