The resultant number of ordinary shares Jeremy Middleton holds and the resultant percentage held are 2,283,956 and 2.99% respecively. Utilitywise plc (AIM:UTW), the leading independent utility cost management consultancy, has been notified that Jeremy Middleton, Non-Executive Director of Utilitywise, has today acquired of ordinary shares of 0.1 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares"), as summarised below:

Following the Sale, Adam Thompson no longer has a notifiable interest in Utilitywise's share capital.
