The following amendment has been made to the 'Directorate Change' announcement released on 28 October 2013 at 15:20 under RNS No 5670R.
The name of Ms Jennifer Allsop was incorrectly spelt as Ms Jennifer Alsop.
All other details remain unchanged.

Directorate Change
The Company announces that Ms Jennifer Allsop will step down as executive chairman of the Company from 31 October 2013. At a board meeting held earlier today the board duly elected Mr. Jacques Vaillancourt, currently an executive director, as its next executive chairman effective October 31st. 2013.
