(the "Company") Appointment of Non-Executive Directors Replacement of Announcement Made Earlier Today The Company is pleased to announce the appointments of Denise Jagger and PaulHampden Smith as independent non-executive directors of the Company with effectfrom 1 August 2013. Denise Jagger, a lawyer, has been a partner at Eversheds LLP since 2004, and isa non-executive director of the British Olympic Association. Prior to joiningEversheds she was Company Secretary and General Counsel at ASDA Wal-Mart from1993 to 2004. Her previous non-executive directorships include Redrow plc (2007- 2009) and SCS Upholstery plc (2005 - 2008). Paul Hampden Smith, a Chartered Accountant, was Group Finance Director ofTravis Perkins plc from 1996 until his retirement in February 2013, havingworked for Travis Perkins since 1988. He is Chairman of the Audit Committee andnon-executive director of Pendragon PLC. Between 2009 and 2012 he was anon-executive director and Chairman of the Audit Committee of Redrow plc. There is no other information to be disclosed in accordance with LR 9.6.13points (1) to (6) in respect of either of these appointments.
