The following Directors Dealing announcement replaces the Directors Dealing announcement release at 12.01pm today under RNS number 0233T.

The sale price was corrected to 11.75 pence. All other details remain unchanged.

Replacement: Director Dealing

The Company has been informed that Andrew Christopher Lapping sold 1,000,000 ordinary shares of 1p each at a price of 11.75p per share.

Mr Lapping now directly holds 10,870,398 ordinary shares and 1,146,237 ordinary shares in his Self Invested Personal Pension. The Hamilton Portfolio Limited and Northern Edge Limited, both companies of which Mr Lapping is a director, have interests in 997,026 and 721,523 ordinary shares in the Company respectively. Mr Lapping therefore has an aggregate beneficial interest of 13,735,184 ordinary shares representing 4.8% of the issued share capital and Total Voting Rights of the Company. Mr Lapping also has 500,000 vested options over ordinary shares.
