The following replaces the "Completion of Investment by Ipsos & Appointment of Director" announcement released on 9 March 2018 at 8.12 a.m. under RNS Number 2373H. The only change relates to correcting the spelling of one of Ms Stoclet's previous directorships in the Appendix to this announcement.

Big Sofa (AIM: BST), a fast-growing international video analytics provider to consumer brands and market research agencies, announces the completion of the Investment of £3 million in Big Sofa by Ipsos following Admission of the Subscription Shares to AIM.

Admission of Shares and Total Voting Rights

The 16,402,143 Subscription Shares were admitted to trading on AIM at 8:00 a.m. today ("Admission"). Ipsos is now interested in approximately 20 per cent of the Company's total issued ordinary share capital. The Company's total issued ordinary share capital is now 82,010,723 Ordinary Shares. No ordinary shares are held in treasury. This figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the Financial Conduct Authority's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.

Appointment of Director

Big Sofa is pleased to confirm the appointment of Ms Laurence Stoclet, Deputy Chief Executive Officer, Group Chief Financial Officer and Support Functions Director at Ipsos, as a Non-executive Director of the Company with immediate effect. Further information relating to the appointment of Ms Stoclet appears below in the appendix to this announcement.
