Replacement Company Secretary

The Company announces that Mr. Diviay Chadha will replace Mr. Parveen Arora as Company Secretary with effect from 30 August 2010. The Board thanks Mr. Arora for his service and wishes him success in all his future endeavors. 

Mr. Chadha will look after the Company's legal and secretarial functions. There are no disclosures under LR 9.6.13 for Mr. Chadha.
