Replacement Company Secretary

The Company announces that Mr. Vikas Tulsiani will replace Mr. Diviay Chadha as Company Secretary with effect from 7 March 2011. Mr. Diviay Chadha will continue to work with the Company as AGM-Secretarial & Legal.

Mr. Tulsiani will look after the Company's legal and secretarial functions. There are no disclosures under LR 9.6.13 for Mr. Tulsiani.
