The following amendment has been made to the 'Board change' announcement released on 6 February 2020 at 15:00 under RNS No. 2482C.

Alex Michael Phillips is a current Director of Audio Visual Material Limited.

Northamber is pleased to announce the appointment of Alex Phillips as an Executive Director of the Company with immediate effect, as Commercial Director.
