Board Change
Lookers announces that following the retirement from the Board of Directors of Mr David Mace as a non-Executive Director at the conclusion of the Annual General Meeting of the Company held on Tuesday 13 May 2008, the Board have appointed Mr Bill Holmes MA, FCA as a non-Executive Director of the Company with immediate effect. He also becomes Chairman of the Remuneration Committee.
Bill Holmes is currently managing partner of the Leeds office of BDO Stoy Hayward whom he joined in 2002 from Arthur Andersen where he had been a partner since 1988. Prior to joining Arthur Andersen he qualified as an Inspector of Taxes with HM Revenue & Customs.
