Replacement Announcement - Total Voting Rights

The announcement that was released with reference number 6770Q at 07:00 on Wednesday 3 September 2014 contained an error relating to the number of shares in issue and the total voting rights of the Company. The correct number of shares in issue and the total voting rights is 593,139,100 and 592,954,100 respectively. This announcement replaces the previous version.

London, 3 September 2014: Ophir notifies the market that, following the allotment of new ordinary shares on the exercise of share options on 2 September 2014, the Company's issued share capital as at close of business on 2 September 2014 was 593,139,100 ordinary shares of £0.0025 each of which the Company holds, or will hold 185,000 ordinary shares in treasury.

Therefore, as at 2 September 2014, the total number of voting rights in the Company is 592,954,100.

Shareholders may use this figure as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the share capital of the Company under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules ("DTR").

This announcement is in conformity with DTR 5.6.1.
