Application has been made to The UK Listing Authority and the London Stock Exchange for a listing of 128,291 Ordinary shares of €0.0005 each under the Company's Bonus Share Plan which were allotted on 11 March 2013, to trade on the London Stock Exchange and to be admitted to the Official List. The shares shall rank pari passu with the existing issued shares of the Company.
