Replacement - Additional Block Listing

The following amendments have been made to the 'Additional Block Listing of Ordinary Shares' announcement released today at 10.17am under RNS No 6269W.

The number of shares to be admitted under the block listing is 2,296,243 and the expected date of admission is 26 August 2015.

All other details remain unchanged.

Additional Block Listing of Ordinary Shares

The Company announces that an application has been made to the London Stock Exchange for a block admission for 2,296,243 new ordinary shares of 2.5p each ("Ordinary Shares") to be admitted to trading on AIM.

These new Ordinary Shares will be issued from time to time pursuant to the exercise of options under the Discretionary Share Option Plan 2013.

The new Ordinary Shares represent the balance of the total outstanding options not yet issued under the Discretionary Share Option Plan 2013, less those remaining under the Company's current block listings. New Ordinary Shares, when issued, will rank pari passu with the existing ordinary shares of the Company. Admission of the new Ordinary Shares is expected to occur on 26 August 2015.
