Repayment to LIM Asia Multi-Strategy Fund Inc
The Board of Directors of GRIT (the "Board") confirm that it has today made a repayment of £1.5 million nominal of 9% Convertible Unsecured Loan Stock 2017 to LIM Asia Multi-Strategy Fund Inc ("LIM"). Following this payment, the Board is pleased to confirm that LIM has now been repaid in full.
The Board also confirms that it intends to repay the remain outstanding £1.2 million of 9% Convertible Unsecured Loan Stock 2017 in March 2017 in accordance with the terms of the loan note instrument.
