("ADAM" or the "Company")
Repayment of Loan BY PORTFOLIO COMPANY
Further to the announcement on 17 June 2014, the Company announces that it has received full repayment of the loan of US$2.4 million advanced to Changtai Jinhongbang Real Estate Development Co., Ltd, a company in which ADAM holds an indirect 15% interest (the "Loan").
The Loan carried a coupon of 10% per annum, payable six monthly, and had a two year term. Funding for the Loan was provided to ADAM by Elypsis Solutions Limited, the Company's major shareholder, by means a loan with a coupon of 9% per annum, payable six monthly, which has also now been repaid.
