Repayment of 9 per cent p.a. Convertible Unsecured Loan Stock 2017
In accordance with the provisions of Condition 4.1 of the conditions attaching to the above, the Company announces that it has repaid the outstanding £1.2 million of 9% Convertible Unsecured Loan Stock. No loan stock remains in issue and the Company is now ungeared.
