Renominalisation of Existing Ordinary Shares
Application has been made to the Irish Stock Exchange and to the UK Listing Authority for 878,775,439 New Ordinary Shares of nominal value €0.05 each in the capital of INM, representing the number of Existing Ordinary Shares of the company currently in issue, to be admitted to the Official List of the UK Listing Authority and to the Official List of the Irish Stock Exchange and application has been made to the London Stock Exchange for these shares to be admitted to trading.
Application has also been made to the Irish Stock Exchange and to the UK Listing Authority for 1,499,498 New Ordinary shares of nominal value €0.05 each, representing the number of Existing Ordinary Shares pursuant to the Company's existing block listing facility, to be admitted to the Official List of the UK Listing Authority and to the Official List of the Irish Stock Exchange and application has been made to the London Stock Exchange for these shares to be admitted to trading. These shares are allotted from time to time following the exercise of share options pursuant to the INM Share Option Schemes.
Such admission is expected to become effective and dealings to commence in these shares on 19 June 2009. These shares are issued pursuant to the renominalisation of Existing Ordinary Shares in the capital of INM, from a nominal value of €0.30 each per Existing Ordinary Share to a nominal value of €0.05 each per New Ordinary Share.
