Renewal of Summit Entertainment output deal in the UK and Canada

§ Output deals extended until July 2015

§ Agreements cover all UK and Canadian films

Entertainment One Ltd. (LSE: ETO), the international entertainment group, is pleased to announce the renewal of its UK and Canadian output agreements with American independent studio, Summit Entertainment ("Summit"). Under the terms of these multiyear agreements, eOne will continue to distribute Summit films in all media across Canada and the UK.

Since its founding in 2007, Summit has produced and distributed many notable films including The Twilight Saga series based on Stephanie Meyer's best-selling novels, Red starring Bruce Willis, Helen Mirren and Morgan Freeman and Knowing, staring Nicholas Cage. Forthcoming films include Cold Light of Day, Man on A Ledge and the fourth and fifth instalments of The Twilight Saga: Breaking Dawn - Part 1 and Breaking Dawn - Part 2.

eOne expects to release up to eight Summit films per year in both the UK and Canada.
