Renewal of Bank of China Facility and Notice of Results
International Ferro Metals, the integrated ferrochrome producer, is pleased to announce that the ZAR500 million loan facility with the Bank of China, which was due to expire on 25 September 2014, has been extended for another year to 16 September 2015 on the same terms.
Chris Jordaan, Chief Executive of International Ferro Metals, commented:
"We are very pleased to have extended our facility with the Bank of China for another year. This support has been tremendous and with the resumption of the UG2 ore supply from Anglo Platinum, we enter a new financial year in a position of relative strength."
The Company will report its full year financial results for the year ended 30 June 2014 on Monday, 29 September 2014.
