Burberry Group plc - Remuneration Committee Changes

Burberry Group plc (the "Company") announces that David Tyler is stepping down as Chairman of the Remuneration Committee with effect from the close of the Company's Annual General Meeting on 12 July 2012. He will be succeeded as Chairman of the Committee by Ian Carter. David Tyler will continue to serve as a member of the Committee. In addition Sir John Peace is stepping down as a member of the Committee with effect from the close of the Annual General Meeting.
