Appointment of Christopher Chambers to Remuneration Committee
On 4 November 2009, the Board of Evolution Group Plc ("Evolution") announced the appointment of Christopher Chambers as a non-executive director with effect from 3 November 2009.
Evolution further announces that Mr Chambers was appointed to the Remuneration Committee of the Board (the "Committee") on Thursday 19 November 2009.
Other members of the Committee are its Chairman, Peter Gibbs, its former Chairman, Lord MacLaurin of Knebworth DL, Martin Gray, Nicholas Irens and Mark Nicholls.
