Removal from official list of ASX

Change in ISIN and SEDOL

The Board of Nyota confirms that the Company was removed from the official list of ASX with effect from 4:00pm on 3 August 2017 (Sydney time). As a result, the shares of the Company will no longer be able to be traded on ASX. The Company's securities continue to be listed on AIM.

As a result of Nyota's removal from the official list of ASX, the Company was required to obtain a new ISIN for its shares.

The new ISIN for Nyota shares is AU000XINEAJ7 (the "New ISIN") and the corresponding new SEDOL number is BF7TXK5 (the "New SEDOL"). The New ISIN and New SEDOL became effective at 7.00 am on 3 August 2017 (London time).
