Bellway p.l.c. (the "Company") Reminder of Directorate Change

As announced on 7 January 2011, Peter Stoker, the Commercial Director, retired from the Board on 31 July 2011. The Board would like to place on record again its sincere gratitude for his dedicated service and highly valued contribution to the Group over the years and wishes him a long and happy retirement.

Edward (Ted) Ayres, joins the Board today, 1 August 2011, as Operations Director. Ted commenced employment with the Company in January 2002 as Managing Director of our Thames Gateway division, becoming Southern Regional Chairman in 2006.
