PureCircle Statement re Release of U.S. Shipments

PureCircle (LSE: PURE), the world's leading producer and marketer of high purity stevia ingredients, welcomes confirmation that U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) has released the Company's refined stevia consignments currently held in the U.S, after extensive review of detailed documentation provided from PureCircle.

The Company continues to work with the CBP on the removal of the Withhold Release Order (WRO) in order that there is no further disruption to its shipments.

Commenting on the decision, Magomet Malsagov, CEO of PureCircle, said:
