Transfer of Treasury Shares
Reckitt Benckiser Group plc ("the Company") announces that, on 29 May 2014, the following Ordinary shares (307,535) have been transferred out of Treasury for the purpose of satisfying exercises under the Reckitt Benckiser Group Share Schemes/Plans:
