Transfer of Treasury Shares

Reckitt Benckiser Group plc ("the Company") announces that, on 8 February 2010, the following ordinary shares (21,556) have been transferred from treasury shares for the purpose of satisfying exercises under Reckitt Benckiser Group share plans.

UK Share Save Scheme:

21,556 Ordinary shares at £16.90 per share

Following the above transfer of treasury shares, the Company holds 2,152,954 Ordinary shares in treasury.

The total number of ordinary shares in issue (excluding shares held as treasury shares) is 720,215,558.
