Transfer of Treasury Shares

Reckitt Benckiser Group plc ("the Company") announces that, on 6 May 2014, the following ordinary shares (2,657) have been transferred out of Treasury for the purpose of satisfying exercises under the Reckitt Benckiser Group Share Schemes/Plans:

Executive Schemes

1,000 Ordinary shares at £18.10 per share

968 Ordinary shares at £31.65 per share

181 Ordinary shares at £32.09 per share

508 Ordinary shares at £34.64 per share

Following the above transfer of treasury shares, the Company holds 16,083,171 Ordinary shares in Treasury.

The total number of ordinary shares in issue (excluding shares held as treasury shares) is 720,452,008.
