Transfer of Treasury Shares Reckitt Benckiser Group plc ("the Company") announces that, on 7 August 2013,the following ordinary shares (133,137) have been transferred out of Treasuryfor the purpose of satisfying exercises under the Reckitt Benckiser Group ShareSchemes/Plans: UK Share Save Schemes: 11,733 Ordinary shares at £19.12 per share 308 Ordinary shares at £21.24 per share 411 Ordinary shares at £22.08 per share 238 Ordinary shares at £27.57 per share Global Stock Profit Plan: 447 Ordinary shares at £27.99 per share Executive Share Scheme: 120,000 Ordinary shares at £29.44 per share Following the above transfer of treasury shares, the Company holds 18,618,103Ordinary shares in Treasury. The total number of ordinary shares in issue (excluding shares held as treasuryshares) is 717,917,076.
