Transfer of Treasury Shares Reckitt Benckiser Group plc ("the Company") announces that, on 19 June 2013,the following ordinary shares (1,989) have been transferred out of Treasury forthe purpose of satisfying exercises under the Reckitt Benckiser Group ShareSchemes/Plans: Global Stock Profit Plan: 1,459 Ordinary shares at £27.99 per share UK Share Save Scheme: 285 Ordinary shares at £25.43 per share 245 Ordinary shares at £27.57 per share Following the above transfer of treasury shares, the Company holds 18,893,409Ordinary shares in Treasury. The total number of ordinary shares in issue (excluding shares held as treasuryshares) is 717,641,770.
