Transfer of Treasury Shares

Reckitt Benckiser Group plc ("the Company") announces that, on 7 December 2009, the following ordinary shares (285,628) have been transferred from treasury shares for the purpose of satisfying exercises under the Reckitt Benckiser Group Share Schemes/Plans:

Executive Share Scheme:

3,401 Ordinary shares at 8.819 per share

137,638Ordinary shares at 12.76 per share

144,589 Ordinary shares at 18.10 per share

Following the above transfer of treasury shares, the Company holds 3,403,796 Ordinary shares in treasury.

The total number of ordinary shares in issue (excluding shares held as treasury shares) is 718,964,716.
