Transfer of Treasury Shares Reckitt Benckiser Group plc ("the Company") announces that, on 28 November2013, the following ordinary shares (774) have been transferred out of Treasuryfor the purpose of satisfying exercises under the Reckitt Benckiser Group ShareSchemes/Plans: US Savings-Related Share Option Plan: 251 ordinary shares at £25.78 per share 201 ordinary shares at £27.99 per share 322 ordinary shares at £28.36 per share Following the above transfer of treasury shares, the Company holds 16,776,166Ordinary shares in Treasury. The total number of ordinary shares in issue (excluding shares held as treasuryshares) is 719,759,013.
