Transfer of Treasury Shares Reckitt Benckiser Group plc ("the Company") announces that, on 9 October 2013,the following ordinary shares (482) have been transferred out of Treasury forthe purpose of satisfying exercises under the Reckitt Benckiser Group ShareSchemes/Plans: UK Share Save Schemes: 64 Ordinary shares at £25.43 per share 76 Ordinary shares at £27.57 per share 31 Ordinary shares at £28.36 per share Global Stock Profit Plan: 311 Ordinary shares at £27.99 per share Following the above transfer of treasury shares, the Company holds 17,847,074Ordinary shares in Treasury. The total number of ordinary shares in issue (excluding shares held as treasuryshares) is 718,688,105.
