Reckitt Benckiser Group plc ("the Company") announces that, on 25 April 2014, the following ordinary shares (105) have been transferred out of Treasury for the purpose of satisfying exercises under the Reckitt Benckiser Group Share Schemes/Plans:

Following the above transfer of treasury shares, the Company holds 16,219,414 Ordinary shares in Treasury.

The total number of ordinary shares in issue (excluding shares held as treasury shares) is 720,315,765.
