Release of Treasury Shares

Transfer of Treasury Shares Reckitt Benckiser Group plc ("the Company") announces that, on 22 August 2013,the following ordinary shares (232,868) have been transferred out of Treasuryfor the purpose of satisfying exercises under the Reckitt Benckiser Group ShareSchemes/Plans: Executive Share Scheme: 228,868 Ordinary shares at £27.29 per share 4,000 Ordinary shares at £31.65 per share Following the above transfer of treasury shares, the Company holds 18,230,082Ordinary shares in Treasury. The total number of ordinary shares in issue (excluding shares held as treasuryshares) is 718,305,097.
