Transfer of Treasury Shares Reckitt Benckiser Group plc ("the Company") announces that, on 1 October 2013,the following ordinary shares (214) have been transferred out of Treasury forthe purpose of satisfying exercises under the Reckitt Benckiser Group ShareSchemes/Plans: US Savings-Related Share Option Plan: 214 ordinary shares at £27.99 per share Following the above transfer of treasury shares, the Company holds 17,848,188Ordinary shares in Treasury. The total number of ordinary shares in issue (excluding shares held as treasuryshares) is 718,686,991.
