TRANSFER OF TREASURY SHARES
The Company announces that, on 19 and 20 March 2015 respectively, the following Ordinary shares with a nominal value of 10 pence each were transferred out of Treasury for the purpose of satisfying the exercise of awards by eligible participants under The International Personal Finance plc Company Share Option Plan ("CSOP"):

Following the above transfer of Treasury shares, the Company holds 8,052,539 Ordinary shares in Treasury.
