Transfer of Treasury Shares

Reckitt Benckiser Group plc ("the Company") announces that, on 25 April 2008 the following ordinary shares [58,699] have been transferred from treasury shares for the purpose of satisfying exercises under the Reckitt Benckiser Group Share Schemes/Plans:

US Savings Related Share Option scheme:

999 Ordinary shares at ‚£16.90 per share

Executive Share Option Scheme:

2,500 Ordinary shares at ‚£8.819 per share

7,000 Ordinary shares at ‚£9.504 per share

18,000 Ordinary shares at ‚£11.186 per share

200 Ordinary shares at ‚£12.120 per share

30,000 Ordinary shares at ‚£12.760 per share

Following the above transfer of treasury shares, the Company holds 11,621,494 Ordinary shares in treasury.

The total number of ordinary shares in issue (excluding shares held as treasury shares) is 710,747,018.
