GALIFORM PLC - DISCLOSURE OF TRANSACTIONS CONDUCTED BY DIRECTORS AND PERSONS DISCHARGING MANAGERIAL RESPONSIBILITY; OPERATION OF THE COMPANY'S SHARE INCENTIVE PLANS.
Release of shares from Foundation Plan 2006
The Company was notified today that the following Directors and Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibility (PDMR) have increased their shareholding in the Company due to a release of shares from the Foundation Plan 2006 (the "Plan").
Under the rules of the Plan, awards which vested on 31 December 2006 (subject to the achievement of performance conditions) were then held conditionally on behalf of the executives by the Company's Employee Benefit Trust for a two year period before being released on 31 December 2008.
The release of shares increases the individual shareholdings of the following PDMRs:
