Note1: The Addendum no. 30/July 12, 2022 was approved by the Board of Directors' Resolution no. 43/July 8, 2022 and was received signed from OMV Petrom S.A. on July 18, 2022 and registered to S.N.G.N. ROMGAZ S.A. - Medias Branch on July 19, 2022. The value of the addendum was estimated taking into account the quantities of condensate estimated to be delivered between June 1, 2022 - March 31, 2024 at the Brent oil price and the dollar exchange rate from the date of the aforementioned addendum.
Note 2: The Addendum no. 12/July 12, 2022 was approved by Board of Directors' Resolution no. 43/July 8, 2022 and signed by both parties on July 18, 2022.
Note 3: The previous transactions concluded with the affiliated party S.C. OMV Petrom S.A. for a previous period of one year were published in the Current Report from May 3, 2022.
