Air Partner, the global aviation services group, announces that the Company was notified on 16 March 2021 that Michelle Briffa, the wife of Group Chief Executive Officer Mark Briffa, sold 30,723 shares of 1p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at £0.652 each and bought back after brokers fees 30,429 Ordinary Shares at a price of £0.653 each through a Bed and ISA arrangement.
Following the above transactions, Mr. Briffa's beneficial interest in Air Partner is 821,836 Ordinary Shares, which equates to approximately 1.29% of the Company's total issued share capital.
