Rejection the shareholder's appeal

04.12.2017 - Report 63/2017: Rejection the shareholder's appeal in the case for repealing the resolutions of the Ordinary General Meeting of the Bank dated June 1, 2012

The Management Board of Bank Polska Kasa Opieki S.A. ("Bank") hereby informs that Bank received decision of the District Court in Warsaw dated on 22 November 2016 rejecting the appeal of the Bank's shareholder against the verdict of 19 December 2016 for repealing the resolutions No 6 - 7 and No 22 the Bank's Ordinary General Meeting dated 1 June 2012 on acceptance of the Bank's financial statement for 2011, Bank's Capital Group consolidated financial statement for 2011 and granting the vote of approval for Member of the Bank's Management Board for 2011.

The aforementioned decision is not legally valid.

Legal basis: § 38 section 1 point 10 of the Finance Minister's Ordinance of 19 February 2009 re. current and periodic reports published by the issuers of securities and the rules of equal treatment of the information required by the laws of non-member states.
